Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our Hudson NZ team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical system testing for back-office IT systems, developing comprehensive test plans, and ensuring defect triage processes are managed effectively.

You will also be working closely with IT leads, external service providers, and public transport agencies to ensure a seamless integration and testing process.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans for system integration, ensuring that all technical test cases are covered.
Test Execution: Lead the technical system testing for back-office IT systems, execute tests, and ensure defect triage processes are managed effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT leads, external service providers, and other public transport agencies to ensure a seamless integration and testing process.
Requirements:

5-10 years' experience in leading technical test teams, with 10+ years in test planning and execution.
Strong understanding of IT/data principles and experience with SaaS/hosted services.
Experience in local government or the public transport sector is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and thrive in environments with ambiguity.
