Main Responsibilities
• Producing shipping documentation - worldwide
• Data Entry
• Liaising with freight forwarders
• Obtaining quotes, sea, air, road, courier
• DHL/Fedex Booking couriers & documentation
• Setting up new projects on Microsoft teams
• Uploading documents onto Microsoft Teams
• Resolving any queries with deliveries/invoicing
• Assisting accounts with any payment issues re deliveries PODs etc
• Shipping schedules - worldwide
• Raising delivery notes and transferring stock
• Inventory Management various stock locations including Mexico
• Stock reconciliation monthly
• GRN stock into transit and warehouse /client
• Monitoring shipments worldwide
• Maintaining and updating schedules with shipment details

Required Skills, Competencies, And Education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills essential
• Keen attention to detail is essential
• Microsoft Teams skills are beneficial
• An excellent communicator
• Previous experience within logistics preferred but not necessarily essential
• Ability to multitask and forward plan
• Be able to always demonstrate a professional manner
• Team player
