Robroy Industries, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer in Verona, PA responsible for the design, integration, and administration of IT systems and production software applications. Specific job duties include: (i) completing all phases of the software development life cycle in Enterprise Resource Planning (Chess), including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support; (ii) maintaining, documenting, and modifying existing software systems; (iii) managing multiple projects within cost and time constrained environments and across various divisions/departments within the organization; (iv) troubleshooting and problem-solving IT related issues; (v) providing expert advice and consultancy support to internal associates; (vi) providing reverse-engineering and understanding of existing VB.net, ASP.net and SQL programming; (vii) creating, backing up, and maintaining source code, manuals, and drawings; (viii) understanding of Plant Workflow System, Document Management System, and Quotations & Marketing Intelligence System to support, maintain and develop these applications to meet the needs of the organization; (ix) innovating and providing functional applications with intuitive interfaces; and (x) reporting design using SSRS or comparable report writing tools/software.

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in a software engineering position.

Must have three (3) years of experience (can be concurrent) with each of the following: (i) HTML; (ii) XML; (iii) Chrome Dev tools; (iv) Proiv; (v) .NET Framework; (vi) Microsoft SQL Server; (vii) Tableau; and (viii) Linux.
