Job Description

Qualifications
Applicants must be based in the U.S. and ready to make their mark in a fast-paced, digital environment
3+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience, ideally within an agency setting
Expertise in using the Client-First style system and building with the Webflow/Relume component system
Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with intermediate to advanced-level proficiency
Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and seamless project handoff
Experience with integrations such as Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Wized, and/or similar tools
Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles and best practices
Proficient in accurately tracking time using Harvest and efficiently managing multiple tasks with project management tools such as Asana
Bonus: Proficiency with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform), Lottie and Spline integrations for creating smooth animations and interactive elements

This remote, contractor-to-hire role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects and deliver sleek, responsive web experiences
Lead the Full Development Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end development process of new Webflow websites, from initial concept to final deployment, while also managing updates and new requests for existing sites
Create Engaging Interactive Features: Design and develop dynamic, interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience for both new and existing websites
Ensure Smooth Launches: Play a key role in website launches, optimizing for minimal downtime, preserving SEO rankings, and ensuring a seamless user experience
Maintain High Coding Standards: Adhere to best practices in coding, following guidelines set by technical leadership and industry standards
Conduct thorough cross-browser testing and accessibility checks to ensure optimal UX across platforms and a diverse audience base
Support Training & Documentation: Collaborate with content strategists to create clear and detailed CMS documentation, making it easy for clients and internal teams to navigate and maintain their websites
Communicate Clearly & Effectively: Share your ideas, technical recommendations, and feedback both verbally and in writing to help drive project success
Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance: Focus on accuracy and quality at every stage of development, ensuring that the final product aligns with the creative vision and meets all technical requirements

About This Position

Our design team is looking for a talented Webflow Developer to bring cutting-edge websites to life for a diverse range of clients. As a Webflow Developer at Social Driver, you'll collaborate within a dynamic, cross-functional team, working alongside art directors and designers to develop fully custom, mobile-optimized websites that push creative boundaries.
