Senior Financial Accountant Position: Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team as a Senior Financial Accountant.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior-level financial leadership, developing and implementing financial strategies, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
Provide senior-level financial leadership, guidance, and support to department heads and other stakeholders.
Maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Requirements:

Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and preparing detailed financial reports.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to different accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
A proactive approach to streamlining processes and improving financial reporting workflows.
