As a Field Service Technician with Hato Hone St John, you will play a critical role in ensuring the equipment used to deliver our health services is serviced, maintained, and repaired to a high standard across the Southland region on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly skilled, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure it is in good working order
- Identify and report any issues with equipment to the Infrastructure Team
- Work collaboratively with the Infrastructure Team to ensure effective equipment servicing and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
