Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain end user computing solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
Main Accountabilities:
• Service desk management.
• Incident management and resolution.
• Desktop support.
• Customer service.
Requirements:
• ITIL Foundations V4 certification.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client rapport and advocacy.
• Sound experience in the application of ITIL methodologies and demonstrable experience in developing processes and procedures around ITIL.
