Key responsibilities:

Deliver effective curriculum and foster a modern learning culture.
Ensure consistent and competent delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum.
Implement the school’s vision, focusing on student achievement and engagement.
Promote self-directed learning and share knowledge on modern teaching practices.
Experience and skills:

New Zealand registered teacher with experience across Y3 to 6.
Strong knowledge of learning and effective teaching methods.
Experience working collaboratively with other adults.
Knowledge of modern learning environments and techniques.
Clear communication and effective listening.
Ability to liaise with parents, staff, pupils, and the wider community.
Strong planning, assessment, and record-keeping skills.
Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
Enthusiasm, good humour, and a commitment to challenging work.
Effective team player with personal integrity and professionalism.
