Job Title: Demolition Labourer

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Wellington, New Zealand

Staffco Labour Hire is seeking a skilled Demolition Labourer to join our team. As a Demolition Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist in the safe and efficient demolition of structures.

Responsibilities:

Performing manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assisting with the demolition of structures, including walls, floors, and roofs
Sorting and removing debris and recyclable materials
Following all health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate protective gear
Working collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time
Performing site clean-up and ensuring the work area is safe and tidy
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or demolition work is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Knowledge of safe work practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime if needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
