PH-114] Operation Executive

House of Shipping provides business consultancy and advisory services for Shipping & Logistics companies. House of Shipping's commitment to their customers begins with developing an understanding of their business fundamentals.
Currently House of Shipping is recruiting for a Junior Executive for global shipping line.
Job purpose:
Play a critical role in creating the client IDs in the internal tool by following the standard validation process. Received information needs to be de-duplicated, reconciled, and enriched to make it consistent, reliable data. This role is going to be an individual contributor with the required expertise working in a hybrid model.
Main tasks and responsibilities: -
Centrally creating and Modifying master data records
Controlling and monitoring the master data processes (for example, the creation, consolidation, and distribution of master data)
Review received data to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and avoiding of errors in a central system
Approving or clarifying the master data requests for required information
Determining whether newly requested master data already exists/duplicates in the central system
Processing requests for master data to be created or changed
Updating the tracker and report regularly
Adopt timing as required as per the need of the job requirement
Learn and support the BD team in creating quotations
Background and experience:
Self-starter, individual contributor, result-oriented, and Process - focused personality with 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, MDM, operations, or a related field
Preference for knowledge or experience in the logistics and transportation industry specific to freight forwarding
Basic Data analysis and validating skills. Should be flair knowledge using Excel and basic formulas. workload priorities and balance diverse tasks
Preference for experience using the web and adaptability to any new tools
