Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Operations Executive with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the civil operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day activities, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Team Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and collaborate with civil engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the execution of high-quality projects.
Compliance: Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records. Present progress updates to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate ongoing project performance and suggest improvements for future project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a must.
Experience:
2-6 years of experience in civil operations or project management in the construction industry.
Experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience with budgeting and financial oversight of civil engineering projects
