Job Description

About the Role: As an Assistant Manager in Ad Operations, Digital Business at Sony, you will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to execute campaigns across various digital channels and platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a meaningful impact on our digital business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and content teams, to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies, including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
• Proficiency in ad trafficking and campaign management tools, such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with programmatic advertising and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
