Job Description:

We are seeking for skilled and talented multi-cuisine chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking and the ability to prepare delicious dishes from various cuisines around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Chef on Board services, managing the food preparation process, and ensuring high-quality and flavorful dishes to be served to our guests.
- Create and develop innovative and diverse menus featuring dishes from different cuisines, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new culinary techniques to continuously enhance culinary offerings
- In-depth knowledge of various international cuisines, including Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, etc.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food and flavors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
