Extrusion Technician
Viper Water Solutions, part of the Hollimans Group, is seeking an experienced and qualified Extrusion Technician to join their team in Hughenden, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and assess performance graphs to ensure functionality and diagnosis is in accordance with manufacturing specifications.
Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper function and identify faults by organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant equipment.
Dismantle defective machine and components for repairs.
Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operations and make adjustments.
Maintain maintenance records and adhere to work procedures and workplace policies.
Install equipment, machines, wiring or programs to meet specifications.
Repairing, servicing and maintaining a wide variety of equipment and machinery.
Select correct tools and equipment for the assembling and installing of new and modified mechanical assemblies, components, machine, tools and controls and hydraulic power systems.
Ensure works are within specifications and regulations including material costing's, quantities, machine requirements and timeframe.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Extrusion Technician.
Professional, confident and positive approach to work.
OH&S awareness.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
