Job description
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse Emergency Telehealth Service (ETS) / Acute Patient Transport coordination (APTC) within the WACHS Command Centre is to support the provision of quality patient care and standard of practice within the ETS/ APTC based multidisciplinary team using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the ETS / APTC setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate clinical care within the ETS setting, collaborating with ETS medical officers and local clinicians on the ETS sites to facilitate the assessing, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluation of patient care.
In APTC, receive transport referrals and complete Clinical Transfer Assessments to assist in determining priority for transport, the appropriate transport strategy in collaboration with transport liaison officers and the medical coordinator.
Requirements:
Leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the ETS / APTC setting.
Ability to collaborate with ETS medical officers and local clinicians on the ETS sites.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
