Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Joondalup Health Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the Emergency Department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant registration with AHPRA, extensive clinical skills and experience in the specialty, and demonstrated management and decision-making skills. You will also need to be able to effectively plan and manage financial, human, and material resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department
Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
