We are currently working with the Indonesian Minister for Health in transforming the healthcare system to provide exceptional service and create more efficient, effective and transparent primary and referred healthcare services. As a result, the ministry is working to construct a new hospital in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.

We are looking in the Australian market for a Head of Nursing to relocate to Makassar and take up this position, which will see you tasked with:

ensuring high-quality patient care,
leading and developing nursing staff,
enhancing operational efficiency,
supporting strategic hospital goals, and
promoting interdisciplinary collaboration

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

Bachelor’s or Diploma IV degree in medicine or dentistry
Cumulative experience in a related field of duty for at least 5 (five) years
Currently hold or have held an administrative position or a professional expert position at the intermediate level for at least 2 (two) years
Ability to relocate and work abroad
