We are currently working with the Indonesian Minister for Health in transforming the healthcare system to provide exceptional service and create more efficient, effective and transparent primary and referred healthcare services. As a result, the ministry is working to construct a new hospital in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.

We are looking in the Australian market for a Director of Medical and Nursing Services to relocate to Makassar and take up this position, which will see you tasked with:

assisting the Chief Director in leading the execution of the tasks and functions of each directorate,
creating and overseeing team and structure development,
overseeing of staff management and development,
providing high level of service and stakeholder enhancement, and
overseeing of financial and resource management.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

Bachelor’s or Diploma IV degree in medicine or dentistry
Cumulative experience in a related field of duty for at least 5 (five) years
Currently hold or have held an administrative position or a professional expert position at the intermediate level for at least 2 (two) years
First-Level Senior Supervisor (IV/b)
Ability to relocate and work abroad
