We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Educator to join our team at Carine Senior High School. This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026.

The Role:
Deliver engaging and industry-relevant Business and Digital Technologies lessons across various year levels, including ATAR and vocational pathways
Equip students with skills in financial literacy, business planning, marketing, and entrepreneurship
Support students in the completion of accredited Certificate-level qualifications in Business
Foster creativity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking through practical and real-world business applications
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop, review, and refine the Business curriculum, ensuring it remains aligned with current industry trends
Engage in reflective teaching practices to continuously improve student outcomes
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of business education, financial literacy, and enterprise development
Highly motivated to provide engaging, meaningful, and real-world learning experiences
Experience teaching Certificate courses and holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
Commitment to fostering strong relationships with students and helping them succeed in their career aspirations

Eligibility:
Hold an eligible Teaching Authority or equivalent qualification
