Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our team at WorkPac Health and Social Care. As an agency RN, you will have the flexibility to work across aged care facilities in North and South Adelaide, including Hackham. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or night shifts, we will match you with opportunities that suit your schedule, location, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in aged care facilities
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and update care plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Support daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards
Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate nursing interventions
Requirements

Minimum 450 hours of paid RN experience
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Current CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Vaccine Preventable Diseases checklist
Flexibility and willingness to travel for shifts
