Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and caring team at SCC Tweed Heads NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and clients. You will provide expert nursing care, lead a team of dedicated care staff, and contribute to the overall quality of care delivery.
This is a Casual role. The pay rate is at $42.20 - 53.1+ (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation plus Casual Loading.
The role is located at SCC Tweed Heads: 1-+ Blundell Blvd, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486

Key Responsibilities
Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and developing care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
Providing clinical leadership and promoting best practices in care delivery.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or a related field.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
