Job Description
The Atlassian Project Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Atlassian suite of products, including Confluence, Jira (Software & JSM), and Trello. This role will assist with improving workflows and processes, as well as training users on how to use the various Atlassian applications. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to meet operational requirements within Atlassian capabilities and features, collaborating with the Atlassian Committee on system changes, and developing standard operating procedures for incident management, disaster recovery, and escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years administering Jira and Confluence in the cloud
3+ years configuring Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk)
3+ years of scripting experience
2+ years of project management and/or Scrum experience
