Job Title:
Troubleshooter and Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:
This position is part of a large-scale tech simplification program.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and escalate defects found during testing to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project quality and schedule.
Manage test infrastructure, execute automated tests, and maintain automated test cases.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers.
Write and execute test cases.
Develop automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance mobile app performance.
Determine the automatable and non-automatable test scope for each Sprint/Release.
Perform both automated and manual validation/testing of banking apps on Mobile (IOS + Android) and desktop platforms.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of dynamic experience in automation testing.
Skilled in API testing tools like POSTMAN, Charles, and BURP.
Familiar with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C#.
Proficient with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, and similar.
Adept at using code management tools like Git and equivalents.
Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Experienced with test management tools like JIRA and X-Ray.
Proven track record in crafting test plans, strategies, cases, and reports.
Self-motivated and highly collaborative with business teams.
