This role is pivotal in enhancing financial and business decision-making through the analysis and presentation of key financial data. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting in optimising financial and business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data;
Preparing financial reports and budgets;
Managing month-end accounting tasks, handling payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations;
Compiling financial reports and creating budgets;
Handling month-end accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and journal entries;
Overseeing payroll processes and related reporting;
Preparing month-end compliance documentation;
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with tax regulations;
Developing and enforcing cost-effective financial policies and procedures to minimise financial risks;
Maintaining financial records and ensuring the protection of sensitive and confidential information.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
3 to 5 years of experience as a management accountant or in professional services;
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
Relevant certification (such as CPA or CA);
A strong understanding of risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting;
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office;
Outstanding attention to detail;
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities;
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
