About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Sunshine Coast office in a full-time capacity. This role offers hybrid work arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to a fun, forward-thinking, and tech-savvy team.

You'll work with a diverse client base across various industries, focusing on delivering exceptional accounting, compliance, and advisory services.

In addition to managing your own portfolio, you'll contribute to our Business Value Gap Analysis and Business Improvement programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, including complex business groups, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Preparation and review of financial statements, income tax returns, compliance reports, and forward-looking financial projections.
Prepare and analyse business valuations to support client growth strategies and decision-making.
Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services tailored to client needs.
Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow forecasting and business performance evaluations.
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Innovate within our advanced tech stack, including Xero, Karbon, Spotlight Reporting, Bstar, ChangeGPS and more.
