About the job and your team

Supports SAPEX projects with the Project Support tool (ALM), Test and Requirements Management activities.

You will work on

Project Support tool (ALM) customizing support
• Supports test scope definition, test script collection, test scenario definition in Visio and Project Support Tool
• Supports Project Managers with project test management activities
• Supports BPOs, Solution Architects, Change Managers with requirements gathering, follow-up, and reporting
• Requirements, Test Scripts upload to the Project Support tool
• Test Cycle set-up in the Project Support Tool
• Requirements, Test Cycle, Defect Reporting
• Project Support tool user training
• Supports users with the Project Support tool
• Defect Management support daily reporting, follow-up
• Communication with Project Support tool supplier: technical support requests, new functionality requests, upgrade tasks

Your qualifications and skills

Experience with SAP rollout proiects
• Test Management Experience
• Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotive
• Project Suport tool technical knowledge
• College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)
• Technology savvy
• Strong spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of ERP solutions
• ERP Rollout experience
• Propject Support Tool technical knowledge
• Skilled Office 365 user
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Able to travel up to 30%
• Driving license
