We are hiring for IT SAP recruiter for C2H hiring.


Below is the roles and responsibilities:

Responsible to work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and on a contract position.
Sourcing profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking Sites,(naukri.com, LinkedIn our internal database etc.)
Work closely with our client recruiter to understand open roles and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for them.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
Should have good technical knowledge Internal Database and References to match client requirement
Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsible for taking care of Recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets.
Excellent IT sourcing skills especially in SAP technologies
Conduct market research on passive and active talents.
Partner with the product, marketing, design and technical team to make sure the clients requirement is fulfilled.
Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly delivery reports. Required skills:

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate with 3+ Years of experience

Good communication and negotiation skills

Hand on experience in SAP and cloud technologies
