About the Role:

We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join the team at Mercedes-Benz based in Warwick Farm.


About the role:

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders, including diagnosing problem jobs
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
Identify and communicate additional work as needed
Complete all work accurately in accordance with the Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality
Deliver high-quality, timely work to meet customer needs as per repair order instructions
Perform quality checks on all completed work
The successful candidate will need the following:

Preferably has experience with Mercedes-Benz however not essential
Holds a current driver's licence
Is a qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Has a strong passion for the automotive industry and the brand
Can thrive in a busy service centre environment
Is reliable with a solid work ethic
Pays excellent attention to detail
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Possesses excellent organisational skills
