Position - Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Work Experience - 7yrs+


Locations - Mumbai


Graduation - Any Post Graduation / Graduation




Key Responsibilities-


1) Responsible for driving secondary and primary sales business in the region


2) Appointment of distributor for servicing the retailer channel partners


3) Responsible for activating retail outlets- Pet shop, clinics, wholesale vet pharmacy outlets


4) Monitor the daily journey plan of TSI as per beat to cover outlets for merchandising and order booking


5) Ensuring right share of shelf for the products inside the outlet


6) Building healthy and mutually beneficial relationship with accounts to drive sales


7) Negotiating with outlets for brand visibility, branding, additional space ( secondary visibility)


8) Support the distributor in planning timely deliveries of stock and collection


+) Manpower planning and appointment of field team to drive sales


10) Provide timely inputs & information to line manager on competition best practices


11) Work on reports - primary , secondary, collection and submit to Head office
