Job Overview:

Dazzlez.Co is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Executive to manage and grow sales in our Diamonds / Diamond Jewelry Division. The role involves actively engaging with customers on online platforms, preparing compelling offers, handling client conversations, and ensuring timely follow-ups to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Stay active on all online sales portals and social media platforms to interact with potential customers.
Create and manage promotional offers and discounts to attract buyers.
Communicate with leads and clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat to assist with queries and guide them in purchasing.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance engagement and trust in the brand.
Follow up with potential buyers to convert leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces based on their preferences and occasions.
Keep track of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer preferences.
Requirements:

Good knowledge of jewelry, especially diamonds and diamond jewelry.
Strong communication and convincing skills to effectively engage and convert customers over calls and messages.
Prior experience in jewelry sales, luxury sales, or eCommerce is preferred.
Ability to understand and explain diamond quality (cut, color, clarity, carat) and certifications.
A customer-centric approach with a passion for sales and relationship building.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online sales platforms.
