The program aims to transition from an outdated platform to a modern, user-centric solution comprising several integrated products. The project is currently focused on the development of specific modules within this modernized system.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, particularly with Cypress, and a deep understanding of both front-end and backend testing. The individual should have recent experience working within agile/scrum teams and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the web application through comprehensive automated testing.
• Proven experience as a Front-end Test Automation Engineer using Cypress.
• Proven experience as an API Test Automation Engineer using Cypress, Postman, and Rest-Assured.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript for frontend development, Java for API development, and API architecture/data formats (e.g., RESTful).
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Familiarity with GIT for code versioning.
• Knowledge of the Page Object Model and awareness of traditional issues/challenges with UI Web Automation.
• Experience working within event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for database validation and queries.
