Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional interior designs based on client requirements.
Produce precise 2D technical drawings & high-quality 3D renderings for client approvals.
Use software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and V-Ray for design execution.
Collaborate with project managers & engineers remotely using online tools.
Manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients & team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Research and incorporate new design trends & innovative materials into projects.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 0-4 years in interior design, space planning, or 3D visualization.
Software Skills:

Mandatory: AutoCAD
Preferred: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray
Added Advantage: CAXA CAD (training provided), AI tools like Midjourney & Figma AI
Strong Skills In:
2D technical drawings & drafting
3D modeling & rendering
Space planning & concept development
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Experience in client interactions & presentations is a plus.
Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects remotely.
Must have a high-performance laptop with a dedicated graphics card for 3D rendering.
Stable internet connection & ability to collaborate via online tools.
