Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Experience: 0-4 years in structural design, site planning, or quantity surveying.
Software Skills:

Mandatory: AutoCAD, Civil 3D
Preferred: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Microsoft Project, Primavera
Added Advantage: CAXA CAD (training provided), CostX, Buildsoft (for BOQ preparation)
Strong Skills In:
Structural analysis & design calculations
BOQ preparation & cost estimation
2D drafting & 3D modeling
Site planning & project coordination
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely but available for site visits if required.
Must have a high-performance laptop with CAD & engineering software capabilities.
Stable internet connection & ability to collaborate via online tools.
