Job Description: The successful candidate will undertake general maintenance of school buildings, properties, and grounds. This includes undertaking minor renovations, repairing furniture and fittings, and assisting with small-scale building project construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake general maintenance of school buildings, properties, and grounds
Minor renovations to school buildings, including classrooms, offices, boarding, and residential properties
Repair furniture and fittings and undertake small-scale furniture manufacture or fabrication
Assist with minor building project construction
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have:

Building maintenance experience
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant WHS issues
Strong and clear communication skills
Solutions-focused, positive, and collaborative approach
Willingness and ability to undertake moderate physical demands
Basic computer literacy
Forklift License (desirable)
