RSP currently has an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Building on our international reputation for delivering world-class visual effects, you will be supporting the growth of a company at the forefront of the industry. Your strong knowledge of industry standard social media platforms, marketing and communication techniques, website management and SEO will set you apart. Creativity and the ability to build relationships is critical to this role. Applicants with an understanding of visual effects would naturally be preferred, however not essential.

Employment term: Long-term contract.

Location: Adelaide, Australia. This position is open to candidates with full working rights in Australia.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our growing team as a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for applicants with marketing experience to join an iconic Adelaide company delivering world-class visual effects. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will assist you to deliver in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Applicants who are succinct, proactive, professional and well organised will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Executing the marketing strategy.
Managing the brand and marketing initiatives.
Performing market and client research.
Maintaining schedules for marketing initiatives.
Maintaining company website.
Creating and managing content for social media.
Coordinating and managing events and exhibitions.
Organising and managing marketing collateral.
Managing marketing for RSP’s Education Program.
Take full ownership of organising crew gear for RSP employees.
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.


Preferred skills and experience:

Previous experience in a Marketing role would be highly regarded.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, HTML.
Strong knowledge of industry standard social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of marketing and communication techniques.
Strong knowledge of website management and SEO.
Knowledge of the Visual Effects industry is ideal - but not essential.
Excellent level of attention to details and a strong eye for aesthetic composition.
