1 Basic Information on role :: 1.1 Job/ Role Title: SUP - Sales and Marketing 1.2 Function Department: Sales and Marketing 1.3 Grade / Level: E-06 1.4 Location: Mumbai 1.5 Functional Reporting: HOD- Sales and Marketing- Pipes Exp 1.6 Administrative Reporting: 2 Organisational Structure :: 3 Job Purpose :: Supporting the backoffice activities for the Sales and Marketing activities. Detailed ROle- 1. Generate Sales Order in SAP post reciept of LOI or PO from customer. 2. Maintain all records electronically and in hard form which can are required during all stages of execution of orders and post completion of order for records 3. Responsible to provide for customer audits, and provide data too customer on dispatches and provide invoices to customers on actual product disptaches.

Supporting in data processing 2. Ensure 100% documentation 3. QMS data management
