Job Responsibilities

As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include driving store sales and KPIs to meet revenue targets, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, stock levels, and trends to optimize inventory management and sales strategies. You will also lead promotional campaigns and store events to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. You should also have at least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the apparel sector. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
