Project Manager

• Develop and manage ,project plans including timelines, resources, budgets and Project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects ,contractors , engineer and other stakeholder , to ensure smooth execution project.
• Should have experience in Primavera or MS Project
• Experience in G + 10 floor projects
• Develop detailed project budget and ensure that cost and kept within budget limits.
• Lead and manage the project team including construction managers , site supervisors, and other project staff.
• Resolve any problem and conflicts that arise during the course of project providing effective solutions to keep the project on track
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
