Are you an experienced Software Developer with expertise in React and PHP?

About the Role
As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale web applications. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable code while following best development practices.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and maintain React and PHP applications.
✔ Adhere to development standards and best practices.
✔ Collaborate with product managers and developers to define technical solutions.
✔ Improve software development processes, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
✔ Work within normal UK office hours in a remote/hybrid environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
✅ Strong front-end development experience using React.
✅ PHP 7 expertise with experience in Symfony 4 preferred.
✅ Docker and Terraform knowledge.
✅ Experience integrating with REST-based APIs.
✅ Strong understanding of secure application development.
✅ Experience with TypeScript and MySQL (desirable).
✅ Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
✅ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Desirable Skills
➕ Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
➕ Strong understanding of security best practices in development.

Security Requirements
???? Must pass identity verification and background checks.
???? Completion of security awareness training required.
???? Encouraged to report security incidents in a no-blame culture.

Contract Details
???? Initial Contract: 3 months (extendable up to 18 months).
???? Remote Working: Fully remote (optional office use available).
