Who We’re Looking For
Ph.D. from a reputed institution (Top-ranked institutions like IIT, IIM preferred). 15+ years of experience in industry (MNCs) or academia. Proven track record in research, industry projects, or academia. Strong ability to create and deliver engaging, high-quality online content. Experience mentoring MBA students and simplifying complex concepts. Excellent communication and digital presentation skills.

Your Responsibilities

1. Course Content Development
Design and develop engaging e-learning materials, including: E-Tutorials (15 hours of video lectures). E-Content (Review of Self-Learning Material). Interactive quizzes & assessments aligned with Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy (BDT). Ensure content aligns with academic rigor and latest industry trends.

2. Online Teaching & Engagement
Conduct live online sessions to guide students. Facilitate discussions, case studies, and real-world applications of concepts. Provide timely feedback and assessments to enhance student learning.

3. Thought Leadership & Industry Integration
Participate in Podcasts – Engage in thought-provoking discussions on industry trends. Host Industry Sessions – Conduct expert-led webinars to bridge theory and practice. Develop Case Studies – Share real-life challenges, solutions, and lessons from your career. Deliver Abstracts/Summary Talks – Highlight major course takeaways & job-oriented skills.
