Confidential records and document management.
Research, data gathering, and analytical insights.
Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Process improvement for efficient administration.
Key Requirements
Australian citizenship is non-negotiable.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
