About the Team
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Job Requirements:
While a background in database administration, system administration, or networking is a plus, we are more interested in your passion for cloud computing and your ability to learn and grow. If you have experience with administration experience with (1) of the following Database engines (PostgreSQL / Oracle / Amazon Aurora), System Administration in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and / or Microsoft Windows Server and related services (Active Directory), Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DN
