This role requires some travel

What we're looking for
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Good organizational skills, mechanical ability, and proactive working habits
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and fast-moving atmosphere
• Manual and physical dexterity; physical demands can include heavy lifting (50 lbs.+)
• Valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities
• Assist in thefabrication and installation of interior and exterior signs, graphics anddisplay
• Maintain a clean andsafe work environment while adhering to company safety protocols
• Work well withothers (both employees and our customers) and enjoy social interaction
• Work wellindividually, with minimal supervisor as required
• Assist in all stagesof fabrication from raw materials to assembly to finishing, as needed
• Ability to followwritten and verbal instruction
• Effective timemanagement, and ability to work overtime/weekends as needed to meet projectdeadlines
• Ability to thinkcreatively and apply results to safely and efficiently complete tasks
• Reliable, hardworking, and organized

How You'll Make a Difference

Assist and shadow the Fabrication Team with both quick-turn and high-level projects. Problem solves in-the-moment and overcomes obstacles. Meet deadlines and produce highly accurate signs and graphics while also collaborating and working closely with our installation, design, and project management teams.
