Job Description
Chandler Macleod has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Digital Marketing & Campaigns Specialist to support the execution of high-impact digital marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will manage digital campaigns, optimise website content for SEO, oversee marketing automation, and ensure branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
About the role:
Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads, focusing on candidate sourcing and employer branding
Manage website content, SEO strategy, and update landing pages and job boards to enhance candidate and client experience.
Develop and refine copy for web pages, social media, and digital ads, ensuring a strong and consistent brand voice, and create basic designs using Canva or Adobe tools.
Manage automated marketing workflows, including nurturing sequences, newsletters, and targeted email blasts, while ensuring branding adherence across all materials.
Track digital marketing performance, analyse campaign results, provide insights to optimise future strategies,
Maintain a social media content calendar aligned with key business events and campaigns.
About you:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaign execution, SEM & SEO, and marketing automation.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and conversion rate optimisation strategies, with experience managing web content and SEO on CMS platforms (Shazamme, Wordpress or similar).
Excellent copywriting skills for web, digital ads, and social media, with intermediate design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and a strong eye for branding and visual consistency.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Bullhorn, HubSpot, Marketo preferred), and a data-driven approach to interpret analytics and optimise digital performance.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams and business verticals, and a process-driven mindset to create and refine workflows for repeatable marketing activities.
