Full Stack Developer -NodeJs/ReactJS

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make an impact. You'll work on SaaS-based web applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, NuxtJS, and SASS.

What You'll Need:
• Strong understanding of REST-based API development in NodeJS.
• Experience with Serverless/Lambda functions.
• Ability to build business-focused UIs (forms, tables, workflows) in ReactJS or VueJS.
• Confidence in suggesting Frontend and Backend solutions to stakeholders.
• Solid JavaScript skills (any framework) with experience manipulating the DOM, working with JS objects, and calling APIs.
• Strong communication skills – able to explain technical solutions to project managers and clients.
• A genuine passion for tech and improving how things work.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Solid exposure to AI Development practices (This is already ingrained at Arcadian)

Nice to Have:
• Experience with NextJS/NuxtJS.
• Strong MySQL/MariaDB experience.
• Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, EC2, CloudFront, Amplify, CodePipeline).
• Familiarity with GitHub, CSS/SASS, and HTML.
• Open to learning new technologies as needed.
• Exposure to ClaudeAI, Cline/Cursor, ChatGPT (Fine Tuning)
