Commissioning Service Technician

As a respected figure in the Security industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional services that meet the highest standards. We are now seeking an experienced Security Commissioning / Service Technician to join our Security team.

The selected candidate will be expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems, including IT Network experience, Windows Platforms, SEQAL, Tecom, Integriti, Inception, Gallagher, Protégé, Genetec, and Milestone systems.

Responsibilities will include overseeing projects, planning, installing, and relocating systems and equipment while ensuring impeccable client and customer service skills. Additionally, they will collaborate with contractors and builders within required project commitment timeframes and conduct on-site evaluations of present security systems to recommend modifications and upgrades as needed.

It is also vital that the chosen candidate adheres to our stringent operating protocols, including the ISO 45001 OH&S System, ISO +001 Quality Assurance System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and maintain all relevant certifications currently held.
