Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter/Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team at our Bowmans group of sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our fixed and mobile plant and equipment across the region.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement improvements to plant operations and future capital projects
Complete mechanical upgrades and improvements on fixed and mobile plant
Fault finding and repairs for mechanical, hydraulic, diesel and pneumatic systems
Participate in the maintenance on-call roster
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a trade certificate in mechanical, fitting and fabrication, as well as experience in bearing technology and lubrication techniques. Competency in interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams is also essential.
