Key Result Areas:

• Sound knowledge of IT services and experience having worked in the IT Software International Market

• Responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis to meet or exceed targets

• Responsible for Bidding, Various Sales tools & online platform

• To identify and develop new markets

• To qualify leads, lead and motivate the team to achieve targets

• Exposure on business development cycle for IT Sales and strong

• Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the help of Pre-sales

• Active participation in campaign design and execution

• Managing relations with new and existing clients base and generating repeat business

Requirement:

• Should have 1 year of experience in Business Development minimum with the international market experienced candidates, for fresher only good communication is required.
