About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis in our Sydney CBD office.

Role Summary

Be the first point of contact for our clients and play a pivotal role in the daily administration of our firm.
This role is varied, and no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate person;
Meeting and greeting clients/external stakeholders;
Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers;
Providing administrative support to the team;
Maintaining front office and meeting rooms;
Assisting with business operations (office supplies, meeting room IT requests, catering);
Assisting the team with the preparation of legal documents;
Filing of legal documents;
Coordination of file management procedures;
General office administration including filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings.
About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience within a reception or business support role;
A can-do attitude with the willingness to learn new things;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
Strong attention to detail, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate as part of a team;
Proven ability to build strong professional relationships;
The ability to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate self-initiative;
