Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Day rate: £500 - £600 inside IR35

Role Description

Required Skills and Experience
• Expertise in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/GLIDE, jQuery, Angular)
• Proven ability to configure and extend ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet business needs
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW products/modules (GRC, IRM, Integration Hub)

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
• Create rational and scalable technological designs from functional specifications/user stories, aligned to design principles agreed with stakeholders
• Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows
• Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business capability
• Review and walkthrough the code of junior team members
• Oversee development and deployment of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance
• Create thorough and organized unit test & regression test plans and suites
